Our repair service includes

• Repairing defective devices
• Calibration and adjustment service in the event of measurement deviations

Send in devices

Method:

• Download the RMA form here and fill it out except for the RMA number. A separate form must be filled out for each device, as the warranty status is checked using the serial number.
• Send the form by e-mail to rma@sensortherm.de.
• Then you will receive an RMA number by e-mail. Enter this in the form, print it out and enclose it with the shipment.
